1 Definitions

The following defined terms apply throughout this Agreement:

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of sisil4 is strictly conditional upon meeting all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity acting in a commercial capacity).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. sisil4 enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with the age-appropriateness standards applicable to gambling entertainment in the Indonesian market. Players aged under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing, or playing.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so does not violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of sisil4 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion agreement on sisil4 or any other gambling platform.
• You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.

sisil4 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or close an Account where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily demonstrated.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money services on sisil4, a Player must complete the registration process in full and truthfully. The following conditions govern account creation and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered Account on sisil4. Opening duplicate, multiple, or "ghost" accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide your genuine full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number during registration. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sisil4 will never request your password via live chat, email, or any other channel. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
• Account Currency: All Accounts on sisil4 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Currency cannot be changed after registration.
• Account Closure: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any pending wagers will be settled per standard rules prior to closure. Remaining real-money balances will be returned via your registered withdrawal method following successful KYC verification.

4 KYC Verification

sisil4 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all Accounts. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed and may be requested at any point during the account lifecycle at the Platform's reasonable discretion.

The standard KYC documentation required includes, but is not limited to:

• Proof of Identity: A clear, unexpired photograph of a government-issued ID document — Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license (SIM). The document must show your full name, date of birth, photograph, and signature or ID number.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence (issued within the last 90 days) showing your full name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Evidence that the payment method used to deposit belongs to you — for bank transfers, a bank statement or screenshot showing your name and account number; for e-wallets, a screenshot of the registered account details.
• Source of Funds (if required): For large transactions or at the Platform's discretion, documentation evidencing the legitimate source of funds deposited.

KYC verification is typically completed within one (1) business hour for standard documents. sisil4 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC is complete. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within 30 days of a verification request may result in account suspension.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

sisil4 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is Rp 50,000. Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. sisil4 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — the deposit source must belong to the registered Account holder.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Verified Accounts can expect withdrawals to be credited within 5 minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Christmas), or where additional security review is required.

All withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in the Account holder's own name. sisil4 will not transfer funds to third-party bank accounts or e-wallets.

5.3 Currency and Fees

All transactions on sisil4 are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). sisil4 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees on its end; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges. sisil4 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment institutions.

5.4 Declined Transactions

sisil4 reserves the right to decline or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction that it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or any other prohibited conduct. In such cases, sisil4 will notify the Account holder via registered email and may request additional documentation before re-processing.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

sisil4 offers a range of promotional incentives to eligible Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to this clause and to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms prevail.

• Eligibility: Each promotion will specify its own eligibility criteria. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are available to verified Account holders who have made at least one qualifying real-money deposit.
• Wagering Requirements: Bonus credit must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from it are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, the bonus amount and associated winnings remain non-withdrawable.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Slot titles from certified studios (Pragmatic Play, Pocket Games Soft, Spribe, etc.) typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced rate or zero percent, as specified per promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonus credit and associated wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonus credit is forfeited automatically.
• Abuse Prevention: sisil4 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, systematically low-risk betting to satisfy wagering requirements (commonly known as "bonus hunting"), and collusion between multiple Players. Verified abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus balances and may result in permanent Account closure.
• Modification and Withdrawal: sisil4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Any bonus already credited and in active use will be honoured under the original terms at the time of crediting.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering activity on sisil4. Specific rules for individual game categories — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting, togel, and sabung ayam (cockfighting markets) — are published in the respective game or category help sections.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by sisil4. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any wager at its discretion without obligation to provide a reason.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and market carries its own minimum and maximum stake limits, displayed within the game interface or market listing. Exceeding maximum stake limits will result in the excess amount being returned to the Account balance.
• Void Bets: sisil4 may void bets placed on markets that contain manifest errors in odds, pricing, or game settings. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the Player's Account in full.
• Sports Betting — Mix Parlay: Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets require all selected legs to win for the bet to be settled as a winner. A single void leg will result in the parlay being recalculated without that leg. A single losing leg renders the entire parlay a loss.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a verified technical malfunction affecting bet placement, game outcome display, or settlement accuracy, sisil4 will investigate and, where appropriate, void or re-settle the affected bets. Winnings generated as a result of a malfunction are not valid and will not be paid.
• Disconnection Policy: If a Player is disconnected mid-game or mid-session due to network issues on the Player's end, sisil4 is not liable for resulting bet outcomes. Bets already confirmed and in play will be settled per normal rules.

8 Responsible Gaming

sisil4 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide the following tools to all Account holders, accessible directly via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations, after which they are automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Players may set caps on the maximum amount they are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may take a temporary break from the Platform for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, login access is suspended.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe they have a gambling problem may request permanent self-exclusion by contacting support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months. Excluded Players are prohibited from creating new accounts.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on sisil4 and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person without explicit authorization.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers a bug is obligated to report it to support immediately without exploiting it.
• Attempting to launder money or use sisil4 as a vehicle for any financially fraudulent activity.
• Chargebacks — initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or payment provider for deposits made to sisil4. Any confirmed chargeback attempt will result in permanent Account closure and recovery of the disputed amount from outstanding balances.
• Colluding with other Players in any game or market to manipulate outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
• Providing false identity documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the Platform if you are subject to an active self-exclusion agreement anywhere.
• Accessing the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the sisil4 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of sisil4 or its licensed third-party providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft).

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. Any reproduction, redistribution, public display, modification, or commercial exploitation of any sisil4 content — in whole or in part — without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sisil4 and its officers, directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized Account access caused by a Player's failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or omissions in Platform availability, including scheduled and emergency maintenance windows.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of sports statistics, odds data, or game results displayed on the Platform.
• Any actions taken by third-party payment providers, including deposit delays or withdrawal failures attributable to the payment provider's own systems.

In any case where sisil4 is found liable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the maximum aggregate liability of sisil4 to any Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

sisil4 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By registering an Account you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, sisil4 uses your personal data exclusively to: operate your Account; process deposits and withdrawals; comply with KYC and fraud prevention obligations; provide customer support; and send relevant promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data with unauthorized third parties.

13 Amendments

sisil4 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect. Non-material clarifications or corrections may be updated without advance notice.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using sisil4 and may request Account closure by contacting customer support.

14 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming and e-commerce law.

sisil4 operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform. Players acknowledge that online gambling operates in a legally complex environment in Indonesia, and that it is their sole responsibility to ascertain whether accessing and using sisil4 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction. sisil4 does not represent or warrant that its services are legally available in any specific jurisdiction.

Any disputes between a Player and sisil4 that cannot be resolved through our customer support process shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally accepted arbitration rules. The language of all arbitration proceedings shall be English.
